These are the terms you agree to when you use PRE-ACT. They describe what we provide, what we expect, and the limits of our liability. Please read them.

02Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using PRE-ACT, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

03Description of service

PRE-ACT is a decision-analysis app for iPhone. It applies methodologies including Pre-Mortem, Kaizen, 5 Whys, and Six Sigma to decisions you describe, returning structured analyses, scored risks, mitigations, and reflection reminders.

04Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, or 13–17 with verifiable parental consent, to use PRE-ACT. By using the app you represent that you meet these requirements.

05Account responsibilities

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

06Subscriptions and billing

• Subscription pricing is shown in U.S. dollars and may vary by region per Apple's local pricing.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours prior.
• Cancel anytime through your Apple ID subscription settings.
• Refunds are governed by Apple's refund policy, not by us directly.

07Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use PRE-ACT for any illegal activity.
• Submit content that is abusive, harassing, or violates the rights of others.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
• Use automated means to access the service or interfere with its operation.

08Intellectual property

We own the app — its code, design, and brand. You own your data — the decisions you submit and the analyses you generate. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal or internal business purposes.

09AI disclaimer

10Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRE-ACT and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately; data deletion follows the schedule in our Privacy Policy.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Delaware.
