Privacy Policy

This is the policy that describes what PRE-ACT collects, how we use it, what we don't do, and what rights you have. We've kept it short and human. If anything here is unclear, write to [email protected].

02What we collect

• Account information. Your email address and display name.
• Decision content. The text of decisions you submit for analysis, plus the analyses themselves.
• Usage analytics. Aggregate, non-identifying signals about which features are used and where the app crashes.
• Subscription state. Whether you're on the free or Pro plan, managed through Apple.

03How we use it

• To provide the service — running analyses, syncing across your devices, and sending reflection reminders.
• To improve the quality of AI output — measuring which methodologies produce useful results.
• To process payments through Apple's standard subscription infrastructure.
• To respond when you contact support.

04What we don't do

• We do not sell your data. Ever.
• We do not share data with advertisers.
• We do not use your decisions to train public AI models.
• We do not retain your decision text on the AI provider's servers beyond the request lifecycle.

05Third-party services

We rely on a small set of vendors to operate. Each has its own privacy policy.

• Supabase — backend storage and authentication.
• OpenRouter — AI model routing for analysis. Decision text is sent to the chosen model only for the duration of the request.
• RevenueCat — subscription state and entitlement.
• Apple / Google Sign-In — authentication (only if you choose it).

06Your rights

You can request access to, deletion of, or export of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

07Data retention

• Active accounts. We retain your data for as long as your account exists.
• Deleted accounts. We purge all personal data within 30 days of deletion. Anonymized aggregate analytics may persist.

08Children

PRE-ACT is not intended for users under 13. Users between 13 and 17 require parental consent. If we learn we've collected data from a child without that consent, we delete it.

09International users

PRE-ACT is operated from the United States. We comply with the GDPR for users in the EU/UK and the CCPA for residents of California. To exercise rights specific to those regulations, email us with your jurisdiction noted.

10Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a material way, we'll notify you in-app and update the effective date above. Continued use after the change means you accept the new version.
